Our Story
At Saigon Table, founder Lynn Lee brings her love for the flavors of authentic Vietnamese food.
All the dishes are made from the freshest ingredients possible along with homemade sauces, marinades and broths that are simmered for hours.
All the herbs and veggies are cut by hand to a particular size to enhance each dish.
Owning Saigon Table is one of Lynn’s greatest joys after her two children. She enjoys welcoming all guests and making sure everyone feels at home around Saigon Table.

I'm so happy we have a Vietnamese joint in Rye. I am always craving great pho, summer rolls, vermicelli rice noodles and Vietnamese iced coffee. This place has it all! It's authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Not high in sodium. Everything tastes fresh -- they even freshly squeezed lime juice for their margaritas. Yes! They have a bar and make great drinks. Love the spicy sauces to add to the noddles. The staff are extremely personable. We feel right at home whenever we go there. And the joint is always clean. Thank you Saigon Table!!!

The pho soup is simply perfect. Not too sweet, super flavorful. They cook the bone broth for 8 hours and you can definitely tell. The bun noodles are so so good and so are the banh mi sandwiches.
Everything was great. We'll be coming back a lot!

Owned by a local resident and operated with sincerity. I fully endorse Saigon Table.
I’ve been in the restaurant business so I know how hard it is to open and run a new place. That said, the food is very very good. I got to speak with the owner and there is no expense spared with ingredients. I will absolutely keep coming back to try everything on the menu.
So far, the Classic Banh Mi and the Cha Gio spring rolls have really impressed me.
